Assets with hyperlinks

Is there a way to improve a ''hyperlinking' functionality? "Basically emulating the same function that's been in Powerpoint for years.
At present: you create a link upon an asset connected to something, somewhere on the board.
The only way to ACTIVATE that link is clicking a TINY blue arrow.
It's fiddly, un-engaging and counter intuitive as you've already selected the asset you want to be the trigger!
