Amongst the many things my team and I do on Miro, we also like to do our respondent interview note-taking there. Now - how do we manage / handle a bajillion post its before we proceed with affinity mapping?
I’m thinking - a mechanism that allows users to (1) pick the categories or topics that we’ve identified, and then (2) filter which post it fits to where category + which post its to “throw away” or “keep in the parking lot” for situations where the post its don’t fit into either category.
Instead of manually looking at them one by one, and copy-pasting / moving them, we can (perhaps) use smart keys (e.g. 1-2-3-etc. according to the categories that have been identified + 0 to “delete” the post it) to easily categorize which post its goes where. This allows us to sort through and manage a great number of post its in a very efficient manner (which won’t require too much navigating across the board.
