Could you just implement the same color picker for every tool where that option is enabled?
I find it a pain
- not finding the same colors for different objects
Example: sticky/post-its have fewer color choices than other objects like boxes and lines - not finding the color in the same place depending on the object
Example: text vs background. Someone decided that the selecting the color for text had to be arranged differently … making you slower because you need to see which color picker is displayed
