The existing template is ok, but does not address the true needs of project management.
- Work package items should be added by plus and auto-positioned below the box where you’re adding a new item.
- Parent-child relationship between items should be defined
- Individual box should have the option to display structured data on the box, not just when expanding in sidebar
- WBS item “ID” structured field
- WBS item “Costs” field
- WBS item to have attachments option
