Scenario: 60+ users working in groups on one board where each group have locked objects
- Right clicking on the board, Unlock all is directly under Paste which makes it too easy for new users to accidentally click on it, unlocking locked (for a reason) objects for all groups
- Right clicking on an object, Unlock all is directly under Unlock and directly above Bring to front with the same effect as above.
Suggested solutions:
- Add confirmation “This will unlock every item on the board except those that are locked with Owner lock”
- Move Unlock all option so it cannot be clicked involuntarily
- Not a solution: manage co-owner access for each group “lead” each locking with owner lock. Reason is these people also do mistakes of unlocking/moving/deleting critical items
