Opportunity Solution Tree - Add/Move Tiers Easily

Tend  to use this template to create org charts etc.

It would be highly beneficial to create/remove tiers without having to redraw the tree

For example:

1. Written a complex diagram already with multiple tiers
2. A new tier needs to be added in the middle of the diagram
3. Current Process: Add the new item in an existing tier, manually move all the tiers to lower levels (time consuming!!)
4. Desired Process: Create a new tier between two tiers: add any new items under that tier

I'm sure there are other use cases for this and other ways to make it better - but this would be a step in the right direction.
