I am a head of studies in an animation film school. (MoPÄ)
Every year I have to manage 200 students on miro.
And every year I have to clean miro from useless, empty or barely filled and abandoned boards.
This work takes time, a lot of time.
Because currently in miro there is no tool that allows to manage the boards for a member of the admin team, without deleting the users access.
It must be done by hand and 1 by 1 for the board and for the user ... in short it's long especially with such a large volume of people to manage.
So here is my idea which is simple, develop a tool to manage the board and members for the admin team to save time and make multiple selection of board without having to remove all members of miro each year.
- -Summarize a tool of multiple selection and action on the members.
- -And a tool of multiple selection and management on the board that overrides the rights of the board holder without having to remove them from miro.
You have to know that students don't pay attention and create a lot of empty boards, let's imagine that they create 3 boards for 200 people, that's 600 empty boards to delete by hand... please do something smart to manage that.
