Whether you are part of an agile team or leading one:
- This session will teach you how to use Miro to help your team make decisions, size work items in the backlog and understand the many benefits provided by a flow-based delivery approach over a traditional batch-based method.
- You will work as part of a small team to complete three exercises that you can later adapt for use within your own organization.
