What is phone number I can use or email I can write to get direct support the forum is not working for a blocker I have?

IN my miro board when I zoom out I can see all the colors or the cards that I have created, when I zoom in all the cards background colors goes away.  If I change the card to a shape I can see the colors but the the text does not shrink and wrap to be visible the entire time.  This bug occurs in all my boards not just one.  This started to happen to me within the last 2 weeks.

Has anyone seen this before? It is disrupting my daily work and I need a solution.  I do not see anywhere to get in contact with MIRO directly like a phone number or some direct support. I only see a community board here and the recommended but not helpful previously asked questions.

MIRO , Can someone who moderates or monitors this chat provide my any direction or support? I am without a single response other than one user reaction on this blocker.  The tool is not funtional without color coding.  This is a basic feature that I need functional to operate my many ongoing activities I use MIRO for.  Please take action.
