I have the free subscription on my iPad and when I open one specific board it will give me a pop up that says ‘connection restored’ and then it gets stuck loading the board. I tried copying the board, but even the copy has the same problem. I tried both of this on the app and then in two different browsers (Ecosia and Safari). I also tried changing WiFi. The board does load on the PC, just not on the iPad.

 

Can someone please help?

Hi everyone, thanks for flagging this. What you’re describing matches a current incident affecting some users where boards get stuck on “Connection restored” or fail to load properly.
