I’ve been putting Jira cards onto our boards for a looong time. Today, when I click the Jira button to bring up the controls, I get the following message:  And when I click “Go to settings” I see this: Please help, this feature is important to our workflow..thanks,Pete

Hi, what's going on with Frames' PDF export? Rotated text causes absolute chaos in the PDF and the link underlines are rendered shifted. This happens to all the users I know and only since the last update. Can you fix this again? I use this feature very often to share content with clients.

Hello everyone,We are new to using the Jira card feature and think it's great! Unfortunately, however, we have a column where we move everything that is closed, and we never really clean it up. As a result, our board is getting longer and longer. Is there a way to set a maximum length and instead scroll down or simply not display the old entries anymore? We would be very grateful for any help.

Hi everyone,I’m a student at SRH Hochschule and I’m part of a university Miro team called “srh 25/26”.I am the owner of the board “Z.S.N.-Futurium”, but the board is locked in View only mode due to the Free plan limit (only 3 most recent boards editable).The problem is that my account seems to be restricted to team-only mode: I don’t have Drafts / My boards I can’t create a personal team (always redirected to upgrade) I can’t move the board out of the team When duplicating, the board is always copied back into the same SRH team This means I currently have no way to edit my own board, even though it’s required for a university project.Is this a known limitation for university-managed teams, and is there any way to: regain edit access, or enable Drafts / personal space, or move/duplicate the board outside the team without upgrading? Any help or clarification would be really appreciated.Thank you!

Hello,While playing around with the Miro API, I noticed some rather strange behavior in the response for the mind map part of the API. The problem is with the color returned.How to reproduce the bug:Change the color of a node that has no shape !!As shown on the screen here, the color returned by the API endpoint https://api.miro.com/v2-experimental/boards/:board_id/mindmap_nodes/:item_id returns the wrong color. After several tests here, I found a way to get around it, but it's not very practical. It involves applying the color of your choice to the node, then applying a shape, and it seems that when you apply a shape to the node, the color update takes place. 

Good evening. Could you please help me?A week ago, I discovered Miro and realized it's perfect for my task (currently, I'm creating a 200-year family tree of relatives in my village for myself). A week ago, I used Miro's AI to take an inserted Excel table and have the AI create sticky notes for each person, which I could then place as needed. It handled this perfectly. Now, for some reason, it's not responding to the same request. What could be the issue? Are there any prompts or tips for building a family tree using Miro?   Thank you! Vadim

I’ve built a Miro app and have a “Development” version that’s connected locally to the localhost 2000 port. I’ve installed this app in my Miro account but when I try looking for it in a board, the “Development” one doesn’t show up, just the live published one. I’m pretty sure this used to work - not sure what I’m missing. Anyone has any ideas?  

I’d love to access tags and comments from the API. Is that possible. Seems nuts to have to implement an API to duplicate that data into customfields/metadata
