We are designing a JSM service desk using portals only (no email) and need to come up with a blueprint to map the customer process from first call to service desk (tier 1) to resolution.  Does a blueprint already exist that we can use to design and document our process?

Hey. Please, add one hotkey for the highlighter tool and three hotkey keys for the saved colors. When working from a laptop and a graphics tablet, it is not very convenient to constantly access this toolbar. I want to click once and select it already.

Can it be related to the insufficient permissions?

This morning I cannot load my Miro board, see screenshot below. I tried for an hour now. I have an urgent presentation need to access my board.  

I was wondering, what exactly is supported by the Delete Item API? I’m trying to delete paint items through the API but get a 500 error, so I assume it’s not supported. Is it supported by any of the other delete related APIs?

Hi everyone 👋I’ve developed a custom AI text based chatbot called Rizz AI, which is currently live on my WordPress site.I want to embed or integrate this chatbot inside a Miro board, so users can interact with it during collaborative sessions (for example, as a widget or iFrame inside the board).I’m not sure what the best approach is for this:(1). Can I use an iFrame to display my chatbot from the website directly?(2). Or do I need to build a custom Miro app using the Developer Platform?(3). Are there any known limitations with external scripts or chat widgets inside Miro?If anyone has experience embedding external tools or WordPress-based chatbots into Miro, I’d really appreciate your guidance Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I’ve been working on extracting information from a Miro board and have already managed to automatically extract basic shapes (rectangles, circles, text boxes). However, when Flowchart shapes appear (like Document or Connector), my parser doesn’t recognize them.Is there any recommended way to handle this?Maybe an API or endpoint that returns metadata for these specific shape types?I’d really appreciate your help.Thanks!

Is there any plan for Miro Documents to have a toggle list option like in Notion or Heptabase?Additionally, we’re having issues where documents become huge on the board as you keep adding notes inside them. Is there any plan to make it possible to adjust the size of the Document box? This is making it difficult to edit on the board

Hello Miro Community!Hope I’m not missing something obvious here.  :-P Had high hopes I could configure the Action Shortcut button to generate an image based on stickies within a source frame.  Unfortunately what is generated was completely disconnected to what’s in the frame.  I’ve tried turning the stickies into Text, Jira Cards, a Doc, etc., and none seem to get “picked up” by the AI image generator.  Given the “Source (Optional)” option stays active when you select “Image” in the dropdown above, and frames are your only Source options, what exactly can the AI pull from the Source frame?  Any thoughts? 

Hello. I am using MIRO board to check vehicles that we’re added, duplicated or deleted. Can you please tell me how to identify who added, deleted or duplicated vehicles in the MIRO board? I am working offline and I can see the names moving around the board but I cannot identify who made the changes. Thank yoou!

Hello community,I have a question regarding the API capabilities.From the documentation, I can see that it’s possible to create and update certain board items (such as cards, sticky notes, shapes, etc.) using the available endpoints.However, when I use the Get All Board Items endpoint, I notice additional item types appearing in the response, for example:"type": "data_table_format","type": "slide_container"and several others.My question is:Are there endpoints available to create or update these specific entity types (like data_table_format, slide_container, etc.)?I couldn’t find anything related to them in the REST API documentation.Thanks in advance for your help! 

I often share Miro boards with clients who accidentally zoom in/out and lose their place. It would be great to have an option to lock the zoom level or set a fixed view when sharing a board in view-only mode.Is there any current workaround for this, or is this feature planned?

Hey all,I can see in my Miro interface, that i can create: In the documentation, only boards are mentioned, so I assume that the other types (Diagram, Document, Slides, etc.) are also considered boards, right?Do any of those have special properties or behaviors I should be aware of from an API perspective?If so, is there any documentation available for those specific types?Thanks in advance! 

There used to be one way of adding a line break into a table cell by opening a side panel. Inside shown text field a simple “return” did a line break. It was accessible via very tiny icon when hovering cell of second column (not easy to find:-(). Since some weeks this option is gone.Therefore I see NO way to force a line break (like shown in screenshot).Please bring it back or - even better - allow common “ALT+return”.

Hi, I am trying to share a MiroBoard Diagram view to my Gihub Page website (github.io/….). I can see the Iframe being created on the website but it loads non stop and never show the miro board. The code I am using to show the iframe works locally (in vscode) and I get the following error on the website console:Uncaught DOMException: The operation is insecure. Hello,In my Miro.com account board names stopped being saved after refreshing the board. After I create a name for the board and refresh it, it turns to be named “Untitled”. I did not have this problem before.

I have the free subscription on my iPad and when I open one specific board it will give me a pop up that says ‘connection restored’ and then it gets stuck loading the board. I tried copying the board, but even the copy has the same problem. I tried both of this on the app and then in two different browsers (Ecosia and Safari). I also tried changing WiFi. The board does load on the PC, just not on the iPad. Can someone please help?

One of the boards doesn’t work. I cleaned cash of the browser. It can be opened on the phone but doesn’t work on computer.

Upon having several tabs open in the MIRO App, I sometimes get them either disconnected, timed out or whatever - other tabs seem still connected.  I have to close the tab an reopen the board. need help resolving - appreciate any help...

Hello,I was previously working in a shared Miro board without any issues. However, now I cannot access it anymore. Every time I try to open the board, I only see the message “Connection restored” and nothing loads. The issue is not only with one shared board — none of my boards are loading. I also tried logging in with another account, and the boards do not load there either. What I have already tried: cleared cookies and cache; changed browsers (Safari, Chrome); turned VPN on and off; freed up space on my computer; updated my computer to the latest version. The Miro application itself opens, but as soon as I select any board, I only see “Connection restored” and a white screen.Please help me resolve this issue.Thank you!
