Hello,

I was previously working in a shared Miro board without any issues. However, now I cannot access it anymore. Every time I try to open the board, I only see the message “Connection restored” and nothing loads.

  • The issue is not only with one shared board — none of my boards are loading.

  • I also tried logging in with another account, and the boards do not load there either.

  • What I have already tried:

    • cleared cookies and cache;

    • changed browsers (Safari, Chrome);

    • turned VPN on and off;

    • freed up space on my computer;

    • updated my computer to the latest version.

The Miro application itself opens, but as soon as I select any board, I only see “Connection restored” and a white screen.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi ​@helga potaki, thanks for flagging this. What you’re describing matches a current incident affecting some users where boards get stuck on “Connection established” or fail to load properly.
