Could you please try the following steps?

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart your browser.

2. Try opening the board in an incognito/private window.

3. If the issue persists, try accessing Miro from a different browser or device to see if it reproduces.

4. You can also use the desktop app as a workaround if you’re currently using a browser.

If none of these steps help, I’ll convert this post into a support ticket so our team can investigate the error further on the backend.
