I tried to submit my app to Miro marketplace but encounter Experimentation errors

Hello!
I tried to submit my app to Miro marketplace but nothing happened. And the errors in dev tools.

App’s url https://www.smartfindreplace.com/plugin/index.html

Upd: Profile settings page >>>>>» I click “Submit your app,” then I briefly see the application submission form for a few milliseconds (less than a second), after which it closes automatically. I remain on the Profile Settings page and see the errors shown in the screenshot.

Upd2: I don’t have adblockers; the settings in the browsers allow the necessary actions; I tried in different browsers; I tried in Incognito mode as well. The same result.

Sorry about this, we have been able to reproduce the issue and we are looking into a fix for the root cause. For now, could you please submit your app details using this form?

      I’ll be reviewing your app and then will follow up with feedback via email. We have quite a huge backlog at the moment, since vibe coding has become more popular, so review times have gotten longer, unfortunately. I’ll keep you updated on feedback in next couple of weeks.
