Dear Miro Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the App Metrics dashboard for our application, R-Adjuster, THE Palette, Super sticknote Manager .

Even with a few existing installs and active users, the dashboard currently displays "No data to show" for metrics such as "Total installations" and "Customer account breakdown".

Previously, around the end of May, these numbers were displayed correctly. Could you please investigate the cause of this issue and advise on the necessary countermeasures or solutions?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Sincerely,

Hey @Robert Johnson

Sorry for the late response here.

We’ve decided to sunset the app metrics for now, since we are reworking app submission and marketplace process at the moment. Once we’ve decided on the next steps of the app submission + Miro Marketplace process, we may revisit metrics at that point in time, but for the time being, we have decided to prioritise other areas of Miro, such as Miro MCP.

That being said, any apps that have been published will not have any changes, it’s just for future app submissions that the process may look a little different. We plan to change as little as possible in terms of submission process, but we want to ensure that the apps which are being reviewed by the Miro team are valuable to our customers.

@Sayaka Horiguchi Thanks for posting about this - it's good to know that it isn't just me experiencing the issue.

@Horea Porutiu Are there any updates on the issue? Should I open a support ticket?

Hey @Robert Johnson

I’ve been able to reproduce the issue and I’ve notified our engineering team about it. I’ll let you know once we have an ETA on the fix. Sorry about the inconvenience caused.

Hi Horea, just following up on the issue your team reproduced. We’re still affected and would appreciate an ETA (or workaround) ASAP. Thanks.

Hey @Sayaka Horiguchi

Sorry for the delay here - we’re seeing some data issues so we are still trying to pinpoint the root cause. I’ll let you know once we have more details, but we are looking into it.

@Horea Porutiu Now that Canvas is over, any updates on an ETA? We’re going on five months since I first alerted Will Bishop to the issue.

Hey @Robert Johnson

I hate to be the bearer of bad news - but that is my role currently.

The team has been heads down on the MCP release: https://miro.com/ai/mcp/ and will likely be still heads down on this for at least another month or so. This means we cannot tackle this issue in the coming weeks since we’ve assessed this bug as a difficult fix, so it’s not something that can be fixed within a couple days of engineering work. I’ll keep this thread updated on once we are actively working on it, but it will not be within the next month. Ideally we will tackle it at the end of the year once things quiet down a bit.

Hi @Horea Porutiu ,

As we’re getting closer to the end of the year, I wanted to check if there are any updates on this issue or if it’s something your team may be able to address soon.

We’re still impacted on our side, so any update would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

@Horea Porutiu I was thrilled to see that MultiFrame got a shoutout today from the Japan CSM team:

Now if there were only some app metrics to see if this created a bump 🤔 😛 (but also 😥)

Any updates on this?
