Won't stay online - speak to a real person

The Miro app will not stay online and is “refreshing” almost every minute. I am losing my work and my productivity is down as a result. This is not my internet as I’m testing AND using a second connection and this is still happening. I’m considering moving to Obsidian or another platform. Any fixes? Suggestions? Is there a way to speak with a human at Miro?

Hi ​@Lenore thanks for reporting this! Have you tried clearing the app’s cache and logging back in? If that does not help, I have your case converted to a support ticket so the team can further investigate. You should receive a response shortly.
