Why are my Photoshop files coming in dim or at a very low opacity?

I’m doing a little test - checking out all of the features - to play with Miro out before utilizing it on a real project.

I’m trying to add Photoshop files to my white board, but they keep coming, or more accurately, at a very low opacity. Here are some screen shots. I did a little test doodle of a christmas tree, saved it as a PSD, uploaded it to more board and you can’t hardly see it.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance,

CJ

PS: Bonus question: If i make changes to the file, will the file update in Miro?

Hi @CJS,

I’d recommend reaching out to the Support team directly, as they can test it and let you know if this is expected or not.
