Vote is not working for education account

What’s currently happening:

  • When I click “start now” in the voting panel nothing occurs.

 

What should be happening:

  • When I click “start now” in the voting panel I expect the voting session to begin.

It seems to be related to the issue discussed here - https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/voting-does-not-start-3302. I’ll update that thread when there’s news from the team

@Violet Whitney - As the vote session initiator, after you click Start now, you should then see a Vote now button.

The other participants on the board should then see a popup that you started a voting session as also have a Vote now button:

 

What exactly is happening for you and for the other participants?
