Users can't update profile picture after enabling SSO

Hello everyone

I set up SSO for our Miro installation (ADFS) and now users are complaining that they are not able to upload profile pictures.

What am I missing?

Hi @Marc Talavera 

You have to contact the person who manages all your organization's employee's email!

The end-users are not allowed to change their passwords or edit their names, last names, or profile pictures in Miro. The data are instead automatically attributed by your identity provider upon successful login.

 

Does this data include the profile picture that our users already have on their AD-Accounts?
