Hello! 

i have a problem with one user not getting the full license assigned to them. Instead Miro shows free license and the option to upgrade when the user signs in with SSO.

We have the Enterprise plan.

The User has the Role “member” and under “Active users” we can see the license model is full.

I tried to deactivate and reactivate the User but with no luck. So i deleted the User completely and set them up later, they received an invitation E-Mail again and logged in with SSO but Miro still shows free and the User cannot create any Boards.

Can someone please advise me on this issue?

Does nobody even have a clue about this problem? 

I’ve searched thru the community and found nothing that could help me further, please help.

See if the user is a member of another team. If they are, have them leave the team and accept the invitation to the current team.
