My org would like to have Miro AI turned OFF. However, I cannot see the option in Admin Console for free subscription.

Sorry to hear about your issues. As you’ll see in the page that you linked to, turning off AI is only available for Enterprise and Education plans. As someone with a free plan, turning off AI is not yet available.
