Unable to proceed with Miro plan upgrade

I am trying to start a business plan trial in order buy this plan later.
 

I have filled all entries and card credentials. But, after hitting “Review order”, nothing happens.

A screenshot is attached.



Did anyone run into this problem before?

Hi, I am facing similar problem. I am unable to press review order after entering my card details.

I have converted your post into a support ticket. I would suggest that you reply to the automated email and let the support team know the billing address you were entering as that may help them identify the issue before they reply to you.

Hello, I am trying upgrade to business plan trail but unable to click on Review Order button since its greyed out. Tried on Chrome and Edge.

@MK89 Are you perhaps trying to upgrade to less paid seats then you have members?

May be that is the case. I don’t want team members on the board since we are not doing scrum but I’d like to let people view my board for comments for feedback or maybe I’ll present and gather feedback they will just have view access, so that a person with a link can access my board to view - will that work for a board with 1 member business access?

Yes, you can be the sole team member and invite anyone else to view, edit, or comment on your boards for free using either the Visitors or Guests feature - differences are explained here:

You could leave your existing Free Plan team as is, create a new subscription, and move and boards you want to the new subscription/team.

With your guidance I was able to remove the member and upgrade to trial but still unable to use the AI prototyping feature and it says “ I can only add that add on once my trial ends” Is there a way to add that AI add on today?

@MK89 For these detailed billing/add-on questions, you will need to contact the support team directly.

Now that you are a paid subscriber, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions (Note: Since you just created a paid subscription, you may need to sign out and back in):

For add-ons/Billing, after you have selected Contact support from the Learning Center, select:

  • Billing & Subscription
  • Billing & Payments / Other.
