Unable to export the board with all the elements

Hello,

I use the paid version of Miro. One of its possibilities is to export boards in high quality. But I’ve recently encountered the following problem: the export is successful, but not all the elements are present on the board. I’ve tried to do this from different laptops and browsers, changed fonts, etc. But nothing helps. There’s a lot of information missing on the stickers and other texts. 

 

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

@Anna Krutilina - A few things to note:

  • objects that are not in frames will not be in the exported PDF when you use the following export method:
  • Emojis are OS specific and may not show up in the PDF when viewed on other computers.

I have these objects on my board and export to PDF:

 

This is all that is in the exported PDF (also attached):

 

Screenshots of some examples of what exactly you are seeing on the board and then not in the exported PDF may help.
