The incorrect billing and would like to cancel my subscription

I would like to report an issue with my recent billing.

I subscribed to the Starter Plan, which should cost around ¥15,000 per year for one user. However, I was unexpectedly charged ¥24,000 because my workspace was automatically upgraded to include 10 members. I did not intend to add or pay for 10 seats, and this charge is much higher than expected.

I have already removed the extra members and started the downgrade process, but the payment was still charged. I kindly request a refund for the additional seat charges and correction of my plan to the intended Starter Plan for one user.

Please review my account and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I have recived a mail detailing an innvoice of 1620 euro on my free plan, that will be charged 23/12/2025. 
Since its a free plan i have no way to reaching out to miro support, and the “billing” section is not on my admin console. 
Can you please help me resolve this ?
