Why my team cannot hear the embeded vidoe’s audio. We are on a conference call hosted by another provider - not via Miro and I’m the only one that can hear the audio….Please advise?

Are you using Miro’s screen sharing/video chat capability, or the third party video conference to share your screen? If the latter, then you should enable the third party video conference option to play audio from your computer over the video conference - Zoom for example has this as a setting when you share your screen…
