Take over Admin rights from colleague who left

Hi

I tried several times to reach out to Miro support but never got an answer back, I’m desperate!

I took over the Miro account at our company, but the only Admin person is a colleague who left more than a year ago…

We can’t access her emails as her inbox doesn’t exist anymore.

How can I take over the Admin rights?

@Lucas_m Thanks for confirming. 

While a bit of work on your part, you could get yourself back on track by creating a new Free Plan team and moving boards and inviting required team members to the new team.
