I noticed from this article that y’all “do not currently support other Jira fields like assignee or date-related fields.” However, the asignee option shows up and is not grayed out. It seems like the app tries to get it to work, but fails to populate the swimlanes with issues. Does this mean that the feature is now supposed to be functional? If not, is there an ETA?

Thanks for bringing this up! Currently, our Jira and Planner integrations don't support fields like labels or certain other fields like assignee and date-related fields. The swimlanes feature also does not fully integrate with all Jira fields at this time. 

Unfortunately, there is no ETA on when these features might become available. For now, I recommend keeping an eye on Miro's updates or submitting a feature request to help push these enhancements forward.
