This could be visualized in a number of ways. A simple way to do it would be to use a Miro table with each cell representing a team and columns representing value streams or projects. Within each cell there could be multiple sticky notes for the dependent/dependency items and you’d use arrows to indicate the dependencies between the teams. Finally, you could color code the sticky notes by their status - e.g. green for on track, red for blocked or delayed.

Hi @Kiron Bondale Thanks for your help! This is what I was thinking as well. I just didn’t know if anyone had done this before that may have some super cool tips and tricks to share. I will play around with this and update this thread with my findings. Cheers!
