When exporting a board with two frames

Selecting Best Quality PDF

Does download the PDF file, but

When opening the PDF it states an error without any of the board content

“This page contains the following errors:
error on line 355 at column 349: Specification mandates value for attribute opensans
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.”

So after testing I have discovered that if there is a Card in any frame the error happens. Whether I use it in a table or in a Kanban table, it does not print and produces the error.

If there are other frames without card/s they export in the same PDF fine.

Export to Small File Size works - its just the Best Quality PDF export that contains the error.

I’m having the same exact error. Up until about a week ago, I was able to export Best Quality PDF with no issues. Unfortunately, deleting all Cards does not fix it for me, I still get the error.

HI everyone!

Our engineers confirmed that this is a known bug and they are already working on a fix. In the meantime, I have this tagged as KNOWN BUG. I will update the thread once I receive a feedback from the team.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us!

Interesting, If I try and export a frame that has an old org chart component (more than 6 months old), the pdf export fails.

If I now (Aug 2025) create a new frame with an org chart component (using the exact same org layout), the pdf export works!

Can we please have an engineer update on when they intend to resolve this bug??

Hi @THJE thanks for reporting this! As per the previous reports, the issue was already resolved. However, with your experience, I have your case converted into a support ticket so the team can look into this further! You should receive a response shortly.
