I’m trying to use Miro on my iPad now, but I get the error message above. :-(

Luckily it was gone after 30 minutes.

I’m using Miro with the Safari browser.


In Safari’s incognito mode it is chunk 3780.


No, it’s not the incognito mode. In normal Safari tab it’s also chunk 3780 now, too.


Same with Firefox :-(

I’m having the same issue with the Miro app on my iPad as of this morning

 

 


When I try to load miro dashboard on my ipad it says “App initialisation failure: Loading chunk 3780 failed”. Works fine on my laptop but not my ipad. Tried turning vpn on/off and restarting ipad but neither worked. Does anyone know how to fix? Thanks.

My iPad is not able to load the Miro main menu. 

I have tried opening Miro in both Miro App and Safari - same issue

I still have the problem.

When I loaded the old tab in my browser, it looked a little bit different though: 

This is not my usual dashboard.

When I open one of the boards from there, it opens the board in a way I cannot work with it. Instead of the usual “Miro” in the upper left corner

there is a house:

I have seen this house several times. Usually I just refresh the page and that I can start working. But now I only get this Loading Chunk Error.


Are you going to fix it or not? That’s terrible, really. Around one week I have been suffering from this problem 

if it doesn’t erase this week, I will have to “move” to another platform and stop working with you

It’s a shame!
