Request to restore deleted board

Hi there,

Is it possible to restore a deleted board? It’s not in the trash unfortunately :(

@Mathilde Nobel Thanks for the details.

The fact that you and I can view the board means it is not in Trash can. And if the board is not in your account, no amount of upgrading will move it back there.

However, given the current state of the board’s content copy permissions, you can duplicate it to your account by following these instructions:

@Mathilde Nobel Without any insights into your account/setup, if you are the board owner, and the board is showing as view-only/locked, a likely scenario is that the board was set to private when in a paid or Education Plan, but because locked when the team was downgraded back to a Free Plan.

Thank you for the quick response! 

I think this situation doesnt apply to me since the board is not on my account at all. The thing is that I accidently removed the board when I was in my Free Plan. I didn’t know what to do but it wasn’t urgent to have access to the board so I let it rest for some months. Now I was looking into this problem again and I’ve learned that I needed to upgrade (I am on Bussiness Plan ) in order to get it back from the trash or ask in the community to get the board restored. But for some reason it is not in my account and I cannot even view what access I have. I just have the link that I can open, but nothing shows in my account.

Did I miss something or it is too late for me to rescue my accessibility to the board?
