In order to comply with U S Department....registering from platforms from Cuba, Iran, North Korea and so on.

I am in Germany. Even it is not possible to submit a support ticket alltough I have a Consultant account. 

What can I do to get access? Any ideas?

You can try contacting our Support team by following these steps:

  1. From your Miro dashboard, click your avatar (profile picture) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Learning Center.

  3. In the left-hand panel, click Contact support.

  4. Choose a topic and subtopic for your issue.

  5. Fill out the support request form and click Submit.
