Request for Free Subscription for users in Ukraine

Dear Miro Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible platform you have built. Miro is truly an outstanding tool that has become indispensable for my work. The interactive features and the seamless user experience make it the best platform for visual collaboration.

I am writing to you because I am an English teacher currently living and working in Ukraine. As you know, we continue to face significant challenges due to the ongoing war. Despite these circumstances, I am dedicated to providing high-quality education to my students, and Miro is a vital part of my teaching process.

I currently have an active paid subscription. However, I recently learned that Miro offers support programs and free access for users and educators based in Ukraine. Due to the current situation, it has become financially difficult to maintain a paid plan, but I cannot imagine my lessons without your tools.

Could you please assist me in transitioning my current account to a free subscription under your support program for Ukrainians? I would appreciate it if you could cancel my upcoming billing and apply the free access to my account moving forward.

        My name is Sofiia, and I am a teacher from Ukraine currently working in the field of education. I use Miro in my teaching practice to create interactive lessons and collaborate with my students online.

        Due to the current situation in Ukraine and limited financial resources, I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to receive a free educational upgrade or access to an extended plan. Having access to additional features would greatly improve the quality of my lessons and help me better support my students.

        I would be happy to provide any documents confirming my teaching status if required.

          I recently learned that Miro provides free access to premium features for Ukrainian users. I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible for me to receive access to this program.

          I use Miro very actively for my studies and also for tutoring. It is extremely helpful for organizing ideas, creating visual explanations, and working with students.

          Access to the full version would help me continue my education and support my tutoring work much more effectively.

          My name is Alina, and I am an English tutor from Ukraine. I teach students online and use interactive tools to make lessons more engaging and effective.

          Due to the current situation in Ukraine, it has become more difficult to afford paid subscriptions. At the same time, platforms like Miro are extremely helpful for creating visual materials, vocabulary boards, and interactive tasks for my students.

          I would be very grateful if there is any possibility for Ukrainian educators to receive a free or discounted subscription. It would greatly support my teaching and allow me to continue providing high-quality lessons for my students.
