First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible platform you have built. Miro is truly an outstanding tool that has become indispensable for my work. The interactive features and the seamless user experience make it the best platform for visual collaboration.
I am writing to you because I am an English teacher currently living and working in Ukraine. As you know, we continue to face significant challenges due to the ongoing war. Despite these circumstances, I am dedicated to providing high-quality education to my students, and Miro is a vital part of my teaching process.
I currently have an active paid subscription. However, I recently learned that Miro offers support programs and free access for users and educators based in Ukraine. Due to the current situation, it has become financially difficult to maintain a paid plan, but I cannot imagine my lessons without your tools.
Could you please assist me in transitioning my current account to a free subscription under your support program for Ukrainians? I would appreciate it if you could cancel my upcoming billing and apply the free access to my account moving forward.
