How do you create ratio alignment across frames?

If you are referring to having a consistent width:height ratio for all frames, my recommendation would be to take one of the existing canned ones which will force the ratio regardless of whether you resize it or not, or to duplicate a custom frame and then resize it with a shift-click & drag to have it maintain the ratio.
