Hi Miro Team,

I’m currently evaluating a switch from Mural to Miro for our strategy and innovation teams. I have two key questions before making the transition:

  1. Multiple Workspaces in Business Plan
Does the Business Plan support the creation and management of multiple independent Workspaces within a single account? Specifically, I’d like to ensure that we can create separate work environments (e.g., Strategy Workspace, Innovation Workspace, etc.) and assign guests or team members to each Workspace separately, without giving them access to everything across the organization.

  2. Migration Support from Mural
Is there any official guide, tool, or support available to help us migrate our existing boards and templates from Mural to Miro efficiently? We’ve created a large number of boards with guest access and custom templates, and we want to avoid losing structure or redoing everything manually.

We’d appreciate your guidance on both points so we can make a smooth and informed migration decision.

Best regards,
Hamed

Could anyone give me advice on it plz?

Hi @hh mm, thank you for your detailed questions.

Here's the clarification on both points:

1. Multiple Workspaces (Teams) in the Business Plan
Yes, the Business Plan supports the creation of multiple teams within a single subscription. Each team acts as a separate workspace, with its own set of boards, projects, and members. This allows you to create distinct environments (e.g., Strategy, Innovation, etc.) and control access at the team level. Users can be invited to specific teams without having access to all teams across the subscription.

2. Migration Support from Mural
Miro supports a manual copy-paste method for importing content from Mural. This method is available across all plans. To do this, copy the content from your Mural board (Ctrl/Cmd + C) and paste it directly into a Miro board (Ctrl/Cmd + V).

Some formatting or styling may need manual adjustment, and uploaded images (not linked by URL) may not transfer. This method is generally effective for structured content like mind maps and individual widgets.

You can refer to the official guide here: Mural to Miro Import Guide

Hope this helps!
