I'd like to create a process diagram with swimlanes. I would like each activity box in the diagram to contain the same set of custom data fields for analysis (such as who is responsible for performing that activity, what systems are used for performing the activity, what problems exist for that activity, etc)-- is this possible?

At the moment, Miro doesn’t support adding custom data fields directly to objects like activity boxes in a diagram. However, you can use sticky notes, comments, or tags to capture similar contextual details, or link supporting documentation for deeper analysis.

If my understanding of your use case is incomplete, could you please share an example or screenshot of what you’re trying to achieve? That way I can test it on my end and suggest the closest available workaround.
