I’m making a follow up board after a workshop, and need your piece of advice on one minor thing 
I’m taking pictures of all the flip-charts and physical boards we’re working on during the session, and apart from digitising them I want to keep original photos as both reference and story line.
How would you annotate these picture so that it is clear and simple?

I’ve made some small polaroid-ish template for pictures so i can add a note in the foot of it later. Adding them to a timeline helps me know their order and relationship to the overall context. Adding color coded comments also helps a lot.
