Not being able to upgrade to starter plan

Hi,

i am not able to upgrade to the starter plan. I have tried multiple cards, the desktop app, browsers, incognito windows. I am trying to upgrade to a monthly starter plan, but the ‘review order’ button remains inactive. As i have mentioned i have checked the info, tried multiple cards, browsers, incognito windows etc

any troubleshooting tips? Its surprising in this day and age!

@Rahul Das I am going to guess that you have more than one member on your team and that you have changed the Licenses dropdown to 1 member.

You will need to remove members first, OR create a new team.

Example:
