Has the new Miro board UI layout been rolled out for all Miro users?
The reason I’m asking is because I’ve got mine updated last week and will be doing a workshop with people who have never used Miro tomorrow which means that I’ll be sharing my screen with the Miro board and wanted to know if they would see the previous layout on their Miro board so that I can plan accordingly.

My assumption is not as I just shared one of my test boards and accessed it as a Visitor via an incognito browser. My normal account shows the new UI whereas the visitor was seeing the classic UI.
I agree that this is challenging as a facilitator as those new to Miro will see something different than what I am sharing.
One option might be for you to facilitate using a Visitor access rather than your normal account if the limitations of the Visitor access method don’t impact what you want need to be doing.

New and existing Miro users on the Free, Team, Business, Consultant, and Education Plan will be gradually receiving this update until mid-February.
Enterprise Plan customers will get the updated board UI in March.
