Question

Multiple Presenters on the Same Deck (Presentation)

Hello,

I am trying to figure out if my team would be able to present the same deck at the same time. My team uses the same deck to present in specific meetings, and these meetings can be at the same time, but not the same group of people. We would need to present the same deck on the same board but allowing each team member to present in their individual meeting, which could be at the same time another team member is presenting the same deck in another meeting. Is this possible without having to copy and paste the deck onto another board?

HI @Aurelle Ratkovich

Thanks for your question. Currently in Miro, a single board can be viewed and presented by multiple people at the same time, but everyone on the board sees the same live content. This means:

  • If two team members try to present the same deck on the same board simultaneously to different meetings, their viewers will see each other’s movements and annotations.

  • There isn’t a native way to “clone the presentation view” per user without copying the board.

Options you could consider:

  1. Duplicate the deck onto separate boards – each team member presents their own copy. This avoids interference but does require maintaining multiple boards.

  2. Use Miro’s Presentation Mode with View-only links – team members could present in a controlled environment, but simultaneous independent presentations on the same board aren’t supported.

  3. Templates for easier duplication – if copying is the main concern, save the deck as a team template, so creating a new board for each presenter is fast and consistent.

Hope this helps!
