Ok thanks, but does this means you can't put more than one link (eg to youtube) in one image?

Correct, you can only put one “link to” link on a single object. But you could use the Text object to put as many links as you want:

OK great thanks, but practically/visually this this isn't a great way I think.. Also using an image as a thumbnail for a theme with different links would be great.
