Multiple boards for 3 teams working simultaneously?

Hi, we are quite new to Miro and in the process of evaluating the best possible solution for a clients online workshop format. Here’s the challenge:

We would need to set up 3 “work rooms” for 3 teams (of 5 each), with each team working on an individual board. After each session, all team members join in the work rooms and discuss the results together. Alternatively we would set up a general space where all teams could meet. However, the moderator should be able to switch rooms seamlessly.

In addition it would be great if the 3 teams could use video chat while working on the boards.

Thanks for your input!

Hi,

this what you want is working in projects.

You can set a project for every of your 3 teams.

Then put the boards you want to like to share in this teams into the project.

Thanks for your reply!

As for the right plan, is the Team Plan ok for us? That’s 3 teams x 5 members plus 5, so there are 20 people involved. Or do we need the Business Plan?

Best regards

Hey @code64
It depends on whether you need SSO, day passes and paying by invoice - these are the main differences of the Business Plan
