Hi @Guillaume Chartrand,
Thanks for your question!
The Education Plan is not considered an Enterprise Plan. The terms for AI usage and data handling, as outlined in the Miro AI Features Addendum, generally apply to all users enabling AI features.
Regarding the input/output with Miro AI, your data will not become public. The terms specify that any input/output data will be used strictly within the context of your use of Miro AI, not shared publicly or used to train the model in a way that could identify your specific data. You can find more detailed information about this in Miro’s Privacy Policy and the AI Features Addendum.
If you need any further clarification or have more questions, feel free to reach out to our support team!
But in the Ia Addendum, it’s really said that
If your use of Miro’s Service is not through a subscription to a Miro enterprise plan (e.g. if you are on a free, starter, business, or equivalent plan), and Miro seeks to use your Input and Output for improving its AI Features, including for training or fine tuning underlying models, Miro will provide you with reasonable means to object to such use.
If you consent (or do not object) to Miro’s use of Input and Output to improve the AI Features, you grant Miro a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Input and Output. Miro will remove direct identifiers when using Input and Output to improve AI Features consistent with industry standards.
So I understand that education plan is equivalent to free, starter, business, and Miro can with reasonable means use our input and output to train the model and also gran Miro a non-exclusive, perpertual licence to my input/output
Thanks for the quick anwser
