  1. Can we change the miro set up and not assign full license automatically? Can admin decide what kind of access should be granted to requester before inviting? 
  2. The request came from miro, is there any ‘inbox in miro”  for admin so all request can extract in CSV file instead of going through email notifilcation email?

1) If Day Passes are not enabled in an account, you can only invite Full members or Free non-team users. A user is added as a Free non-team user if you explicitly invite them to view/comment on a particular board in the account. If you would like to explicitly invite a user to a board with editing access, you need to add them as a Full member. 

On the Enterprise plan, an invitee is assigned a Free Restricted license if the account doesn’t have enough paid licenses to assign as Members. If an Enterprise plan admin would like to have the ability to invite users with Occasional or Free Restricted license, they need to reach out to their Account Executive for assistance.

 

2) Yes, the Audit logs contain information about different types of actions within the account. The admin can export the logs as a CSV file.
