Hi Danish,

at this time there is no way.

There is a workaround:

• Edit merge two manual sticky notes with a text element as a group together
• Create a frame of it 
• And save it as template

For the next session you got your own broader sticky note that you can add every time you need it.

Of course you have to ungroup it for changing text or colouring of your sticky note
