Dear community,
AI is activated for Miro, I use the Mad-Sad-Glad template, filled up some input in the sticky not, but the button for AI is greyed out.
How is it supposed to work??

This article has some tips on how to use the Miro AI.
There are only a few credits per month allotted for AI in each account, however. (“Each plan will have credits included to use AI; Free plan has 10 credits shared for the team each month; Starter Plan has 25 credits per license per month; Business Plan has 50 credits per license per month; and on Enterprise Plan has 100 credits per license per month; credits are shared by the team/org and renew each month.”)
Since the AI button is greyed out, it is possible that you have used up your credits and need to purchase more. Certain actions can use up your AI credits (examples are listed here), and you will need to purchase more credits. Hope this helps!
