Hi, 

I have a problem in the last week… Every time I enter in my miro Board, or I want to look/change some setting (both in profile, in boards, and in projects’ collector) Miro make me start the sign-in procedure and make me create a new board. It’s a loop that doesn’t allow me to do anything in my profile or to change any setting anywhere. I can continue to work on my boards, but I can’t add collaborators and neither change their permission access.

If anyone have any idea about why is it happing, please help me. Or have a similar problem, let me know how to contact Miro-Support.

We did receive a report of this behavior previously, and the user was able to resolve it by clearing their browser cache. It seems the issue may be related to a cached login state that interferes with Miro's authentication flow.

 

Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  2. Try accessing Miro again via an incognito/private window.

  3. Make sure your browser is up to date and extensions (like ad blockers) are temporarily disabled.

  4. If you’re using a company-managed device or network, there may be restrictions affecting login behavior — so checking with your IT admin might help too.

If these steps don’t resolve it, I highly recommend contacting Miro Support directly, especially if you're on a paid plan. Please include any screen recordings or screenshots of the issue so they can investigate further.
