Noticed today that Jira cards on our boards are not updating. You can open the “Edit Jira” ticket window, and it reflects changes, but the cards do not.

Anyone else seeing this?

Hi @Leon M,

Thanks for bringing this up! I can see that you’re already in contact with Support, which is great. Just to share some additional context:

If you’re using OAuth 2.0, it’s worth noting that Auth 2.0 doesn’t support Webhooks, so changes in Webhooks won’t affect the sync. With Auth 2.0, updates from Jira to Miro aren’t immediate but should come through every hour. That said, what you’re experiencing is still not expected, so it’s good that you’ve flagged it.

In the meantime, you can try:

  1. Refreshing your board: Sometimes display issues resolve with a refresh.
  2. Reconnecting the integration: Go to the Jira Cards app settings in Miro and reconnect your Jira account.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help while you wait for Support’s follow-up! 😊

We are using OAuth 2.0 but have experienced effectively real-time updates (2-5 seconds) since we setup the integration. Refreshing the board does not cause the Jira Card to refresh, even next day. Performed additional tests and sent details to the support team (thanks for the speedy follow up earlier today) and will share here for visibility.

- If I add a new Jira Card for one of the tickets in question to the board, that new Card shows the current state of the ticket. If I add a Card for the same ticket to a new board, it also reflects the current state of the ticket.
- If I then edit the source Jira ticket, the new Card on this board does not update, neither did the old Card. Expanding the ticket once again shows the edits in the Edit Jira Issue modal. But, the Card for the same ticket on the other board does update with the edits.
- We now have 3 Cards for the same ticket on 2 boards reflecting 3 different states of that ticket.
