No, for students the account is valid for a two year period. Yes, it is possible to switch e-mail accounts associated with your Miro account. Please review the FAQ in the Education plan help article here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017730473-Education-plan

Thank you for the answer, from the forums i read that there is no storage limit - however can i ask is the board by default private? how do i know is my data is safe ?is the data encrypted ? is there 2fa or supporting yubikey ?

By default, boards created in your account are private to the team they are created in - the visitor/public access is NOT enabled by default. However, any member of your Miro team may be able to see your boards if you have not made the private. You can set the default sharing settings to “only the board owner” by following this article:

From my experience, there is now 2FA - there is a Wish List post asking for this:

From my knowledge, there is no yubikey support either.
